Programme of 2nd Dan and 4th Dan

On 23rd and 24th February 2019, the Associazione Ticinese Ki Aikido Balerna hosted the now traditional annual seminar with Maurizio Volpe and Gianni Gioconto, both from Novara(I). The seminar is deliberately kept compact in terms of time, it takes place on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. So even the Aikidoka who do not have both days off can participate.
As always, foreign guests came from Novara, Vercelli and Pavia, among others. The seminar started on Saturday afternoon at 3 pm. On the program were mainly the techniques of the 2nd Dan and those of the 4th Dan, because Govert and Giuseppe were to be prepared. After the training we dined together in the dojo. The dojo Balerna had invited all participants. On Sunday morning, efforts continued on the tatami. As in the previous year, the final dinner took place at the Osteria La Montanara in Monte (Valle di Muggio). There was an excellent Swiss cheese fondue. The seminar for 2020 with the two Shihan in Balerna is already firmly planned.
