Tokyo Doragon Hanten
"Tokyo Dragon Chinese Restaurant" is the restaurant of Ryu, a former Yakuza. He opens it together with Yakuza buddy Tatsu, who has just been released from prison.
Two other ex-Yakuza, the Ozawa brothers, compete with the shop with a food truck. But the common enemy is Gizumo. This is a young activist who wants to free Japan from the Yakuza.
The film is an entertaining, bizarre musical as we know it in this scene. Other protagonists are Kokoro, a helper in the restaurant, whose Yakuza father who was killed by Gizumo, a Korean YouTuber, a big-breasted eating idol and a fortune teller from Okinawa.
The film takes some ideas from the Blues Brothers, but also shows the minorities in Japanese society such as Yakuza, Koreans, Chinese and Okinawans.
